Spring Open House - March 23, 2017

All families of prospective students are invited to OLSH's Spring Open House on Thursday, March 23, from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. This is a great opportunity to tour the school and meet current OLSH faculty, staff, and parents. Click here to register.

Charger for a Day Program – October 3, 2016 through April 21, 2017

We invite you to see first-hand what OLSH has to offer by participating in our Charger for a Day program! This unique shadow experience is open to all prospective students in grades 8-10. Visit the Charger for a Day page for more information and to register for your visit.

Open Application Period – December 1 through May 31, 2017

Applications are accepted through May, but space may be limited. The Class of 2021 is limited to 100 students on a first-come, first-served basis until the class is filled. Students applying after the class is filled will be added to a wait list. Decision letters will be mailed January 4th or later, on a rolling basis. Apply online!

OLSH Scholarship & Tuition Assistance Info Night - January 24, 2017

On Tuesday, January 24, OLSH hosted an information session regarding OLSH scholarship opportunities and other forms of tuition assistance. 2017-18 Tuition Assistance Application – Due March 15, 2017

Applications for OLSH Tuition Assistance will be accepted on a rolling basis after March 15, 2017, but funding may be limited. To be eligible for OLSH Financial Aid and for any need-based scholarships, you must submit an application through FACTS. Visit the Financial Information page for more details.

Scholarships for Incoming Freshmen – Due March 15, 2017

A variety of scholarships, both merit-based and need-based, are available to incoming freshmen. Please visit the Scholarships page for more details and to download an application.

OLSH Placement Test - Saturday, March 18 OR March 25, 2017

OLSH will be administering a placement test for the Class of 2021 on Saturday, March 18 and Saturday, March 25 from 8:30 am - 11:30 am. All incoming 9th grade students are required to take this exam for appropriate placement into their classes and eligibility for honors level courses. Class of 2021 Welcome Night - Wednesday, May 10, 2017

We officially welcome the newly accepted OLSH freshman class and their families at our annual Welcome Night on Thursday, May 11, 2017! Please save the date for this important event.

Optional Summer Events for Incoming Freshmen

Getting Ready for High School Program

Grade: Incoming Freshmen
Dates: July 24-28, 2017
Time: 9:00 am - 11:00 am OR 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
Cost: $75

This class for incoming 9th grade students, taught by veteran Catholic high school teacher Jeff Flohr, works to strengthen the skills students need to make a successful transition to high school. The program runs from Monday, July 24 through Friday, July 28 with two sessions offered: Session 1 - 9:00 am -11:00 am OR Session 2 - 11:30 am - 1:30 pm. Incoming Freshmen Girls Night at OLSH!

Join inspirational women from OLSH’s faculty, staff, and alumni for a night of fun, encouragement, and fellowship. Activities include team building, discussion of issues affecting women, and motivational speakers intended to empower our young women. Please bring a snack to share.
