Important Dates

Rolling Admission Period – Now through August

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through the summer months, but space may be limited. Each class is limited to 100 students on a first-come, first-served basis until the class is filled. Students applying after the class is filled will be added to a wait list. Decision letters are mailed within 2-3 weeks of receipt of all required materials. Apply online!

2017-18 Tuition Assistance Application

Applications for OLSH Tuition Assistance will be accepted on a rolling basis after the March 15th deadline, but funding may be limited. To be eligible for OLSH Financial Aid and for any need-based scholarships, you must submit an application through FACTS. Visit the Financial Information page for more details.

OLSH Placement Test

The OLSH Placement Test for the Class of 2021 was administered in March. To schedule an alternate testing date, please contact the Admissions Office.

To attend upcoming Open Gyms and Conditioning for our varsity athletic teams, please contact the head coach of the team. Contact information can be found by visiting the Athletics page and navigating to the sport under the sports season of your choice.

Theatre Bootcamp for students in grades 9-12 is already underway! Join in on the fun and perform on the OLSH stage by contacting director Ms. Dolores Manuel at dmanuel@olsh.org.

Getting Ready for High School Program

Grade: Incoming Freshmen
Dates: July 24-28, 2017
Time: 9:00 am - 11:00 am OR 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
Cost: $75

This class for incoming 9th grade students, taught by veteran Catholic high school teacher Jeff Flohr, works to strengthen the skills students need to make a successful transition to high school. The program runs from Monday, July 24 through Friday, July 28 with two sessions offered: Session 1 - 9:00 am -11:00 am OR Session 2 - 11:30 am - 1:30 pm.
