On Monday, April 10, OLSH parent Mr. Joseph McAndrews, visited OLSH to speak to the Introduction to Engineering Design and 3D Modeling class about careers in software engineering. Mr. McAndrews is currently employed at PNC Bank as an Application Developer Lead. He has worked as a software engineer in finance services for the past 6 years. Prior to that, he spent 14 years as an engineering/development manager at a large independent multinational software company named CA, Inc. While working there, he coauthored a U.S. patent.

The Career Speakers program, run by the Counseling Center, works to bring in professionals in a variety of fields to help students continue to explore their career options. Thank you to Mr. McAndrews and all of the speakers who have come to speak to OLSH students.
