Chargers Football Wins WPIAL Title!
The OLSH Chargers Football team won the Class 1A WPIAL Championship on Saturday at Heinz Field. This is the first championship for the program that is only in its 9th year. It's the second ever team championship for OLSH (boys cross country won the WPIAL tile in 2012).
The Chargers will move on in PIAA playoffs, playing on Friday, November 30 or Saturday, December 1 against an opponent yet to be determined in the PIAA semifinals.
If you missed the TV broadcast of the game, it will be re-broadcast on PCN (Pennsylvania Cable Network) on Sunday, November 25 at 2:30 pm.
