Honorable Michele Santicola visited OLSH this morning to talk to the senior class about the changes that they’ll experience or need to be aware of as they become responsible adults.
Judge Santicola outlined the various opportunities that become available to students as they turn 18 or as they enter college – everything from credit cards to living on their own. She stressed the importance of managing these opportunities properly and being careful what you take advantage of. She also taught students the ways in which the consequences of their actions change after turning 18 to be more strict.
As we prepare for Homecoming weekend, this visit was an important reminder for our students to stay safe and make smart decisions!
