8th Grade Visit Day, coordinated by the OLSH Admissions team, offers young local students the opportunity to explore our campus and curriculum firsthand. We were joined by students from 12 different elementary schools on Monday to discover OLSH.
Teachers planned a day full of fun activities for our visitors. They were split into groups and moved to different classrooms throughout the day. Students performed a STEM experiment in the library, played the Ode to Joy in the Piano Lab, played math Bingo, explored their talents on the OLSH stage, created models of cells in the Biology Lab, and even streamed a live History quiz show to their classmates through the WCHR studio!
Everyone had a great time bonding with one another and getting to know our teachers, and we hope to see them as students here next fall!
