Freshman Katelyn Miller received a County Proclamation at the Allegheny County Council Meeting on Tuesday, March 21st. Councilman Robert Palmosina spoke about Katelyn's work volunteering with the Guardian Angel Academy Little Dribblers basketball program and invited her to speak before the council. She thanked her OLSH Cross Country coaches, Jim Hamilton and Roger Rees, for instilling in her the skills to become a better leader. Congrats, Katelyn!
