The Bridge Educational Foundation, through the support of Chubb, U.S. Steel, and WM, donated over $174,500 in scholarship money to benefit students in Allegheny County through Pennsylvania's EITC and OSTC programs. Cheryl Karashin, OLSH VP for Advancement, and Cathy Neubert, OLSH Business Manager, were honored to participate in the check presentation, along with representatives from other schools in our region. Funds like these help to support our students and their families, making an exceptional OLSH education more accessible.
OLSH has a strong history of partnership with the Bridge Educational Foundation. The Foundation raises funds through Pennsylvania's Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs. An approved PA Scholarship Organization, Bridge accepts donations from generous donors, connecting corporate partners with families in need throughout the commonwealth.
