Vann Kavals has committed to the University of Akron to play DI football. A standout player, he earned 1st Team QB and 1st Team Defensive End honors, and served as team captain. His favorite memory of OLSH football is playing in the Akron 7-on-7 tournament. Vann is grateful to God for the opportunities he's received, his parents for their support and for sending him to OLSH, and his trainer.
Gino Williams has committed to Millersville University to play for the DII Marauders baseball team. Throughout his high school career, Williams has been recognized as an All-Section shortstop, a 2x Beaver County Top Performer, and played a pivotal role in leading his team to the section championship in 2024. Some of Williams' most memorable moments include the Florida trip during his sophomore year and last year's thrilling section championship game against Seton La Salle. He is incredibly grateful for the support and guidance of Coach McCarren, Coach Zyroll, Coach Jamie, Coach Rod, and Coach Romesberg, as well as the encouragement from his parents, teachers, and the OLSH community, all of whom have helped him grow both on and off the field
Claudia Ieurullo has committed to Slippery Rock University to play for their women's basketball team. Ierullo has made her mark on the court with her standout performance as point guard, helping her team earn the runner-up spot in the section championship and making history by advancing to the Final Four in the state playoffs. One of her favorite memories is beating Avonworth in the playoffs. She extends heartfelt thanks to her parents and all the coaches who have supported her success.
