Created in 2017, the OLSH Distinguished Alumni Awards recognize graduates who have distinguished themselves in the areas of professional excellence, Christian leadership, and connection to OLSH. This year’s awardees included Dominique Murray ‘15, Tom Goodwin ‘92, Thomas Thimons ‘03, and Dr. Felicia Cianciarulo ‘80. The OLSH Class of 1973 was also recognized as they celebrated their 50th reunion.

Each year, the College Board recognizes outstanding student achievement on AP exams with its AP Scholar Awards. 43 OLSH students recently received recognition for their success on these exams.

Seniors Dorrien Tate and Rylee Bush were named Homecoming King and Queen at the football game on Saturday, September 30th.

In its second year, OLSH Trivia Night was a great success, raising over $8,000 for OLSH Athletics and providing a fun night out for parents, coaches, faculty, staff, alumni, and other friends of the school.

The OLSH President's Leadership Council (PLC) includes benefactors who have demonstrated a strong commitment to the mission of OLSH through their financial contributions. Members were invited to a special event on Sunday afternoon as a show of appreciation for their shared dedication to OLSH.

Over sixty OLSH students were selected to receive scholarships for the 2023-2024 school year, in addition to students who will receive the second, third, or fourth distributions of renewable scholarships this school year.

Bob Brasko, former OLSH teacher and coach, hosted a reunion bowl at Paradise Lanes on September 8th.

Each September, the entire school community comes together to celebrate the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross through a traditional Eucharistic Procession around campus.
