The event brought together over 80 members of the OLSH community along with Felician Sisters as the group attended Mass together and walked the OLSH campus with donations for those in need.

The OLSH Theatre Department has participated in the Pennsylvania High School Speech League (PHSSL) Drama Festival for the past several years. This year's production of "The 39 Steps" earned the group a 4th place overall, plus the award for All State Crew and All State Actress for Margaret Matous '20.

Each sports season, student-athletes, their coaches, and families are invited to attend Sunday Mass with the Felician Sisters and receive a special blessing.

This annual tradition celebrates class unity and symbolizes the transition of the junior class to upperclassmen in the school. Parents of juniors who are OLSH alumni are also recognized at the event.

Kelly Pontiere serves as the assistant to both the Counseling and Admissions offices at OLSH. In her role, she has the opportunity to work with students as they are first coming to OLSH, while they consider options for their futures, and as they transition to their next steps in their journeys.

STEM Club moderator and Covestro employee Mr. Nick Hollabaugh made the visit and tour possible for the OLSH group.

The OLSH school community took a few moments this morning to recognize alumni, family, friends, and neighbors who have served our country. The morning included speakers, an introduction of each veteran present, music, and breakfast. It was a great way for students to better understand the meaning of Veteran's Day.

The OLSH Girls Cross Country team placed 2nd and will join Haley at the State Championships next weekend. Finn Sweeney '21 placed 10th and medaled and Matthew Rees placed 38th and both also earned the opportunity to run at States.

This fall, the students (and faculty and staff) at OLSH have been spending time giving back to the community in a variety of ways, inspired by Mission & Heritage Week earlier this month.
