With the increased challenges to learning brought about by Covid-19, OLSH expanded their technology lending program for all students who need additional assistance.

Thirty-one years ago, Sr. Louise Marie Olsofka organized the first Love Walk for the Poor.  The event is traditionally held on the Sunday closest to Valentine’s Day to show love and solidarity for the poor.  Due to an ice storm the night before the event was to be held this year, OLSH had to postpone the Love Walk to Sunday, February 28th.

Emily Raker, OLSH Physics Teacher, always knew she wanted to become a teacher. She wants to make genuine connections with her students and inspire them to be curious and open-minded about science.

Chase Feher, OLSH Biology Teacher, never expected to become a teacher until he found a passion for education in his senior year of college. Chase loves being a part of the OLSH community to support his students in all that they do.

This new scholarship adds to the slate of scholarship opportunities for current students that exist in addition to scholarships offered to incoming freshmen.

The Charger Challenge fundraising campaign brought together students, parents, staff, alumni, and friends of OLSH and raised over $100,000 for The OLSH Fund!

Mrs. Renee Price, OLSH Enrollment & Events Coordinator, and her family joined the OLSH community as a result of the closure of Quigley Catholic High School, but they have had a great transition, finding a second home at OLSH.

Rachael Wallover ‘07, OLSH English Teacher, is thrilled to be giving back to her alma mater in her second year back. Rachael is thankful for the support of her former teachers and is driven to inspire her students through literature and creativity.

Each year, OLSH joins with other Catholic Schools around the country to celebrate Catholic Schools Week, recognizing the difference that Catholic education makes in the lives of students.
