OLSH adopted a stretch of Ewing Road in Moon Township and National Honor Society members work to keep it clean a few times a year.

Congratulations to the students earning a 3.5 GPA or higher who were named to the first quarter OLSH Honor Roll.

Math teacher Mr. Brian Molka is known for the fun spin he puts on his geometry classes and the colorful posters covering his walls. But he wears a few other hats at OLSH, too, serving as a member of the maintenance crew in the summer, leading the Student Government, and co-coordinating OLSH's Middle States Re-Accreditation efforts.

This fall season has been strong for the Chargers - four teams are continuing on in post-season play and boys and girls cross country head to WPIALs.

The fourth annual OLSH Distinguished Alumni Awards brunch was held on Sunday, October 11 at the school, honoring four outstanding OLSH alumni.

Mrs. Maureen Steuernagel has been bringing her passion, care, and positivity to OLSH for nearly 30 years, inspiring students in her English classes, Felician Core Values mini-course, and the OLSH Senior Seminar, Felician Values Fulfilled.

Each year, OLSH joins with fellow Felician ministries to celebrate the mission and heritage that make our school so special.

Assistant Principal Mr. Shawn Holup loves the black and gold, and this year he'll be sharing that passion with students through the new History of Pittsburgh elective course.
